Our history
HeartMap Institute was founded on a simple but powerful belief: no one should have to navigate the hospital system alone.
Too often, patients and families find themselves overwhelmed—trying to understand medical information, make important decisions, or advocate for themselves while under stress, fear, or exhaustion. For those without nearby family, international patients, or loved ones balancing work and distance, the hospital experience can feel isolating and confusing.
HeartMap Institute was created to bridge that gap.
Led by experienced Nurse Practitioners, HeartMap exists to bring clarity, compassion, and advocacy into moments when they are needed most. We step in as a trusted presence—helping patients and families feel informed, heard, and supported throughout their care journey.
